Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation Policy

Change of Mind Returns: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging.

Important: Returns sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email info@korrectmart.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and the return address.
  3. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International Returns (Europe): Clearly mark your parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid import duties. Any customs charges we incur will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

🚫 Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise your right:

After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the goods at your expense. Refunds will include the cost of the item plus the standard delivery charge. If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund you in full.
