📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Destinations: We currently ship to:

Estimated Delivery Times:
UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Europe Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
Europe Express Delivery: 3–6 business days

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Europe): Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import duties, VAT, and fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Korrect Mart is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Delivery Issues: If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@korrectmart.co.uk with your order number. Please ensure you provide correct delivery details as we cannot refund or replace orders due to incorrect addresses.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation Policy

Change of Mind Returns: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging.

Important: Returns sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email info@korrectmart.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and the return address.
  3. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International Returns (Europe): Clearly mark your parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid import duties. Any customs charges we incur will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the goods at your expense. Refunds will include the cost of the item plus the standard delivery charge. If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund you in full.
