Korrect Mart UK Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the online store at korrectmart.co.uk (the “Site”). This Return and Refund Policy explains how you can return products purchased from us and how refunds are processed. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by this policy and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not place an order or return items.
- Returns Overview
- You may return most unused items within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with any seals intact (where applicable).
- Some products are ineligible for return (see Non-Returnable Items section). In some cases, item return eligibility may be limited due to supplier constraints in a dropshipping arrangement.
- Eligibility and Dropship Considerations
- Because we dropship directly from Alibaba suppliers, occasional items may be subject to supplier restrictions or restocking/handling fees. We will inform you of any such limitations during the return request process.
- Certain perishable, customized, or opened items may be restricted. For hygiene or safety reasons, cosmetics and personal care items may have special rules if opened.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are typically not eligible for return, unless faulty or required by law:
- Personalised or customised items
- Digital downloads or software that has been accessed or downloaded
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that are opened, used, or not in resale condition (except in cases of defect)
- Hazardous materials or items with safety concerns (as applicable)
- Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, all the following must apply:
- The item is within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
- How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, contact our returns team at returns@korrectmart.uk with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos or evidence if the item is damaged or defective
- We may require additional information to verify the purchase and eligibility.
- Return Authorization and Labels
- We will assess your return request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- For eligible returns due to our error or a defective item, we may provide a prepaid return label. For other returns (change of mind, non-defective items), customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
- In some cases, due to supplier constraints, we may offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit instead of a physical return.
- Processing Timeframes
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- If you paid via alternative methods (e.g., digital wallets), refunds will be issued to the same method where possible.
- Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with evidence (photos/videos) and your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate and may provide a prepaid return label for defective items.
- Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to stock availability. For non-defective items, exchanges are generally treated as a return and a new purchase.
- Refunds for Gift Purchases
- If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped to the recipient, we can provide a refund to the original purchaser or issue a gift card, subject to verification.
- Refunds to Gift Cards or Store Credits
- If a refund is issued as store credit or gift card, the balance will be noted in your account or on the gift card code provided.
- Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we may cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
- For customer-initiated returns (change of mind or non-defective items), customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
- International and Cross-Border Returns
- If your order originates from a supplier outside the UK, please be aware that import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply upon re-entry to your country. We are not responsible for any such charges unless required by law.
- Returns may be subject to customs duties or import considerations as imposed by the destination country.
- Refunds Under Consumer Rights
- Our policy adheres to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights.
